Luanne Leissner

LUANNE

Luanne joined Northwinds Commercial Realty, LLC. as Property Manager to oversee all of the buildings and properties. Before property management, she worked in Oil & Gas as a Senior Project Controller for Wood Group Mustang. Luanne held this position for over 20 years.

Luanne is a native Houstonian. She was raised in the Memorail/Wilcrest area and graduated from Westchester High School in 1981. Luanne also grew up in the Grace Presbyterian Church in Houston and is an active member since 1972.

In Luanne's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching Aggie sports, and attending Aggie football games. She also enjoys hunting with family and spoiling her nieces, nephews, and her great nephew Lane.

Vince Dawson

Vince is the newest associate broker. He was born in San Antonio, Texas and attended Texas A&M University, where he received a bachelor's degree in Marketing. After graduation, Vince moved to Houston and was hired by a direct sales company working primarily with sports and entertainment clients. In less than a year, he was promoted to Director of Operations and successfully ran the Houston market for two years. During that time, he received an achievement award and was also a Consistency Manager of the Year nominee.

Now in commercial real estate, Vince continues to have a "client first" mentality. He is a charismatic and hardworking individual who is always looking for a new challenge. Vince's competitive nature is something that always pushes him to do the best he can and whatever it takes to meet the client's needs. Growing up playing sports taught Vince the importance of working as a team to complete the task at hand.

At Northwinds Commercial Realty, Vince will focus on tenant and end-user representation and acquisition. Vince is primarily responsible for creating and developing new business relationships while also assisting the firm's clients on the most cost-effective solutions for accommodating their commercial real estate needs. By providing lease and sales analysis, market research, negotiations, and value-based recommendations for each of Northwinds Commercial Realty's clients, Vince effectively leads clients from start to finish through the commercial real estate process.
