Clint Hankla


Clint has proven to his clients that he is a very detailed and sincere professional. By dedicating his time to his clients and team, he has become a driven and persistent broker committed to being his best. In developing his career as a broker, Clint has come to enjoy working and closing transactions that are challenging and multi-dimensional; whether simple or difficult, Clint operates with a high level of urgency and service.

Clint joined Northwinds Commercial Realty with a track record of committment and loyalty to his clients and company. Before realty, he worked in health care as a project manager/implementation manager for Cardon Outreach. Clint specializes in industrial and office brokerage in the North, Far North, and Northwest Houston markets. Most improtantly, he has a passion to work with property owners and tenants to achieve their respective goals.

Clint is a Life Time Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, serving on the Transportation Committee during the show. He also volunteers to work the gate every day during the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Bar-B-Que Cook-Off, with More or Less Cookers. He is a member of the Association of Former students at Texas A&M University and a member of the Association of Commercial Realty Professionals (ACRP).

Clint is a native Houstonian. He graduated in 2009 from Texas A&M University with a BS in Forestry. When work permits, Clint attends Houston Texan and Aggie Football games, ranches in Brenham, TX, races road and mountain bikes, and runs with his coworkers, or two rescue Weimaraners (Miles and Pearl). Clint married is wife Sarah in 2012 and currently resides in The Woodlands, TX.

Clint is passionate about self-improvement and is currently studying for his CCIM designation.
