Jake is an experienced and seasoned real estate broker with over 28 years of experience in the industrial, office, and land brokerage business. As a life-long Houstonian, whom graduated from Westchester High School in 1979 and Texas A&M University in 1983, Jake is actively involved, sharing executive responsibilities within the brokerage and development business; including, Build-to-Suits, Design-Builds, and Speculative Building for clients.
As broker of record, Jake will be responsible for business development, build-to-suit development, and overseeing the everyday operations of Northwinds Commercial Reality, LLC.
Jake has been involved in numerous charities and organizations, one including serving on the board for a therapeutic horse riding facility in Magnolia, the Joyride Center. Jake is also a Lifetime Member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, and has represented
Northwinds Construction as a Calf Scramble Donors Committeeman for the last 14 years. Jake is the President of the Intercontinental Business Park Association, and is an active member of the 12th Man Foundation. Past affiliations include serving as an Elder and Building Committee member for the Grace Presbyterian Church, and Finance Committee Member for the YMCA Copperfield, during the planning-construction phase.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching children’s sporting teams, hunting, fishing, and playing in charitable golf tournaments. Jake is married to Pamela and resides in Northwest Houston with two college-aged children, Kyle and Jennifer. Kyle is a grad student at Texas A&M University and Jennifer is a freshman at the University of Colorado.
